胶头
一、移印胶的特点及用途移印胶是一种双组份化合物，硫化反应是在室温下进行的，其中基料由双羟端基聚硅氧，补强剂（二氧化硅增塑剂）等组成；固化剂由多硅酸脂组成。两组化合物在催化剂存在下交联反应形成柔韧弹性体。硫化后的移印胶具有以下特点：
1：室温硫化，不发热，尺寸稳定性好，光泽度亮。
2：具有良好变特性与脱模性，同时流动性好。
3：弹性好，抗撕性高，配制不同硬度的品种适应各种应***，脱模方便。
4：易操作，使用工艺简便，在一定范围内可以调节固化周期。

二、制作工艺
1：先把使用工具如：模具（铜模、水晶模、吸索罩等）、搅拌桶、搅拌棍用清洁剂（洗洁精、巴素擦铜水等）清洗干净（不同性质的模具要用不同的清洁剂，不能用腐蚀性***的溶剂，如天那水、洗网水等）。然后全面擦干净，不能存在任何异物和污迹等。再在模具上涂一层脱膜剂：如凡士林、洗洁精等（某些性质的模具无需涂脱膜剂）。
2：根据模具的体积计算胶浆和矽油（添加硅油可适当调节胶头的软硬度。用量过多，胶头的耐磨性就差。），混合搅拌均匀。然后静置摆放10分钟或真空处理。
3：按胶浆和矽油搅拌后总重量添加一定重量（配比量）2-3%的固化剂，再次既快又均匀地搅拌3-5分钟。之后如有条件的立刻进行真空排泡，这叫强制排泡法；没有进行真空排泡的叫静待自然排泡法。（注：①、固化剂用量需依据供应商提供的数据进行测试，找到适合自己的操作方式的用量；②、具体选用何种方式进行排泡，要视固化速度而定。）
4：把真空排泡后或静置排泡后的混合体。从模具的边缘慢慢地倾注入模具内。不能大量倾注入模具的中心部位，那样会增加气泡量，降低胶头的使用寿命。
5：真空后的混合体倾注入模具后即可以盖上木片；自然排泡的混合体倾注入模具后静置大约30分钟后盖上木片。
6：脱模后的胶头放置3天，使用效果较佳；如有条件，放入冰箱存放，其使用效果更佳。
胶头，是移印机***的消耗原料之一，分为白色和蓝色两种。胶头是在移印工艺上，用来转移移印凹版上的图文区油墨的，因此，胶头对于印刷质量起着决定性的作用。
胶头工作原理为：移印印刷过程中，移印胶头先通过压缩变形而使胶头表面蘸起凹版图文区的油墨，再移动到承印物表面，通过压缩变形而使胶头表面的油墨转移到承印物上。
胶头的制作：胶头是利用室温硫化硅橡胶在硫化剂等的作用下，交联成网状结构的弹性体的原理制成的。移印胶头在使用过程中，会受到热和反复机械压缩的综合作用，导致分子结构变化，从而使胶头外观发粘、龟裂、变色，逐步失去使用性能，这种现象叫老化。为抑制和减缓老化的速度，通常在胶头的配方中添加防护体系。胶头还有一个老化现象是氧侵蚀，当它被1％～2．5％的氧侵蚀后就不能使用。因此，抽真空除
